Research and Development

We adopted advanced CAD/CAM technology to design and manufacture moulds enabling us to design and produce all kinds of moulds according to customer's drawings or samples. We have 12 professional experienced engineers in our R&D department. They are responsible for testing the usage characteristics and assembling structure of the products offered by customers. Working with customers, we will communicate with them if there are any unsuitable product design aspects and provide a suitable alternative. We also utilize mould flow analysis on products. Regarding uncertain parts, we will do a handmade prototype to test accordingly.
